Defects and Refunds


If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you may also request a full refund.

Once we receive your request and confirm that the item is defective (via clear photo evidence), we will process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Order Commitment & Cancellations

By placing an order with Dora’s Dresses, you agree that we will process and ship your order, and you commit to accepting it upon delivery.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled after purchase for the following reasons:

  • Fast Processing: Orders are sent to our warehouse immediately to ensure quick shipping
  • Limited Stock: High-demand items are allocated instantly and cannot be reassigned
  • Shipping Logistics: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be intercepted or canceled
  • Fairness to All Customers: Canceling orders disrupts inventory and delays other customers

Wrong Product Received

If you ordered a specific product or variant but received a different item, you can request the correct product.

Simply contact us at support@dorasdresses.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the incorrect item

Our team will resolve the issue and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
